In the cannabis industry there is a high (see what I did there?) level of anxiety about federal regulation. But as more states and countries legalize cannabis, companies need to double down on legitimizing the industry as a whole. As the authority on closed loop hydrocarbon extraction technology, ExtractionTek is leading the way for cannabis businesses to safely ramp up production all around the country and beyond.

The company originally came to the table asking us to find a way to reposition the company as a proven and reliable equipment manufacturer that empowers their customers to safely scale their output and quality.

ExtractionTek’s previous website design was outdated and not representative of their expertise in the cannabis industry. We set out to create a website that would showcase their commitment to their customer’s success, position themselves as experts among the local and global competition, and overall, elevate ETS’ online presence so they are more accurately represented in the space.

We took advantage of strong typography, bold color and engaging photography to attract not only quality customers but also great talent. Another integral part of the website design was highlighting ETS’ knowledge-base and their pursuit of safety and regulations within the industry.

Throughout the site, we balanced the design with a subtle grid and strict layout that supports their message of precision, engineering and authority. Overall, the website is a representation of their attention to detail and their expert service capabilities, influencing people to reach out and to start safely ramping up their production.

Not only did we revamp their online identity, but we also developed new messaging to be used both internally and client facing, remarking ads, social media assets and custom photography. After all the deliverables were complete, one thing was made immediately clear: for cannabis companies, ExtractionTek is the only extraction equipment manufacturer who can provide the level of safety, service and performance that operations need to be successful.
